Cassidy Armstrong is a proven leader in retained provider staffing. With over a decade in Retained Search, Cassidy is a true expert in his field having worked with hundreds of hospitals, and clinics, in 43 different U.S. states. He has placed almost every medical specialty that exists and over the last 4 years has focused his efforts almost entirely on the Dental vertical.
Cassidy obtained his B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management from the University of North Texas with a minor in Music.
Cassidy has achieved Recruiter of the year 2 out of the 3 years he has been with Arthur Marshall, Inc and is a leader in our firm offering training, mentorship, market analysis, and proven results.
On a personal note, Cassidy is a husband, father of 2 boys, and servant to two Pugs. He is the son of two public servants and has worked in direct care with mentally disabled adults, is fluent in Sign Language, and has headed up numerous chartable endeavors in his adult life.

Justin Poynter has a passion for empowering the business objectives and personal advancement of leaders in medicine and dentistry across the country. Over the years, he has helped hundreds of practice-owners and executives maximize their return on investment while securing difficult-to-hire doctors, surgeons, and specialists in almost every medical and dental field.
Drawing on over fifteen years of experience on Wall Street and provider recruitment, Justin consults with private practices, groups, and hospitals to plan and execute mission-critical hiring-objectives:
- Installing a provider at a newly acquired location
- Taking advantage of an opportunity to grow
- Replacing a departed colleague
- Succession planning for retirement
- Increasing/diversifying revenue streams
On a personal note, Justin graduated from Texas Christian University, double-majoring in Entrepreneurial Management and E-Marketing. He lives in Grapevine, TX with his wife, Jessica, and two children Jayden and JeneIIe.
Fun fact, all members of the household have J-names, including the pets! Justin is a Cowboys fan, and requests that his clients in the Northeast not hold that against him. Soccer is his biggest passion, captaining an adult men's team in Grapevine called “Old Man U” and coaching his kids.

A Healthcare Industry Expert Taking on Dental Staffing Challenges
Rich Gehrke, a highly accomplished professional in the healthcare staffing industry, has decided to bring his extensive experience and proven track record to the dental industry. Throughout his illustrious career, Rich has consistently been a number one producer at three different companies, demonstrating his ability to deliver exceptional results in the healthcare industry. His long history of success in the healthcare sector, combined with his in-depth understanding of market conditions and customer acquisition strategies, has enabled him to build strong relationships with solo practices, critical access hospitals, multi-specialty groups, and large hospital systems.
Notably, Rich has an impressive track record in working with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC). As these organizations have significant dental needs that have been underserved by most physician recruitment organizations, Rich is well-positioned to address this gap in the market. His decision to transition to the dental industry is fueled by his commitment to serve the unmet needs of dentistry in the NACHC. In this role, he will leverage his vast experience and skills, such as relationship building, consulting and staffing, business development, and public speaking, to provide tailored staffing solutions for dental organizations of all sizes.
Brian comes to Arthur Marshall with over 18 years of experience in permanent recruiting. Over the years he has a tremendous amount of experience recruiting to both small towns and big cities, many of which are in the Midwest.
Originally from a very small town in Ohio he has the personal perspective and knows the benefits of what rural communities can offer. With a dual major undergraduate degree in Marketing and International Business and a Master’s Degree in Finance he is able to provide excellent consultation to all of his clients and candidates. He is a contract specialist and excels in putting legalese into simple and easy to understand terms for candidates. He also enjoys sharing his experience and industry knowledge with his fellow recruiters and clients. Brian lives in Richardson with his beautiful daughter Lauren. He is an avid diver and even has his PADI Divemaster certification. His most memorable moment is going to games 3/4/5 of the world series in Chicago to watch his lifelong baseball team finally get another World Series title in 2016

Brian is a perfect representation of the Arthur | Marshall philosophy of leadership. First of all he has a documented 12 year history of success with literally thousands of health care clients and candidates as both a Physician Recruiter and Business Development Consultant.
Second and equally important is that his professional history has created hundreds of relationships which have enabled him to positively impact not just Physicians and candidates but also hospitals, systems, FQHC’S, clinics et al.
As a Physician Recruiter and most recently the Regional Vice President of Partner Success for Arthur | Marshall, Brian feels blessed with the opportunity to serve others. He takes pride in helping guide an industry into the next generation. Given the astonishing, and growing, national, physician supply and demand dilemma, and having helped improve access to care for thousands of communities across the country, Brian considers himself at the forefront of providing a vital public service.
Having earned a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences as a pre-med student at Auburn University, Brian, ultimately, chose not to pursue medicine. He ended up pursuing the opportunity to still work with physicians and healthcare executives throughout the US. Brian has thrived in a career revolving around healthcare business development, recruiting, and consulting since 2008.
On a personal note, Brian is the middle of 5 children. His father was the first General Surgeon and Chief of Surgery in Roswell, GA. This has allowed him to witness the evolution and transformation of healthcare from numerous perspectives. Brian met his wife of 15 years while attending Auburn, and they are the proud parents of an amazing son and beautiful daughter. Outside of his professional life, he treasures time with his family and their 60-pound lap dog, a Saint Berdoodle. Brian also enjoys playing and watching sports, particularly Auburn football and the Atlanta Falcons.

Trent Hughes has 20+ years of experience in sales and recruitment forming relationships with Business Owners, Medical Professionals, Dentists,FQHC, Community Health Centers, and Executives. He has experience consulting with large hospital groups, HMOs, Dental offices, Academic facilities, Government-funded facilities, and private practices on provider compensation structures, contracts, and procurement. His previous background in financial planning has provided him with an investment mindset with an eye on finding the right fit for a practice over the long term.
Trent graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He is married with two children, girls. He is regularly active in the community, having served on the Dallas Housing Finance Corporation from 2012 to 2019, and was recently appointed to the MLK Community Center board. He also sits on the Collin County Regional board for Big Brother Big Sister and the HeROs (He Respects Others) auxiliary board for Genesis Women's Shelter. He serves Baylor University as the President of the Alumni Board of Advocates and a member of the Baylor Alumni Business Professionals of Dallas steering committee.
