Senior Vice President of Partner Success
David Curtis joins ARTHUR | MARSHALL, after previously serving as Executive Vice President for two nationally recognized healthcare staffing companies.
David was a driving force in both entities as they reached their individual growth strategies by finding people who care about their clients and clients who are committed to providing quality dental care for the communities they serve.
With over 25 years of experience in dental and healthcare staffing, David consults with private practices, DSO’s, hospitals/systems and FQHC’s, to plan and execute their critical hiring objectives.
Mr. Curtis has successfully implemented thousands of strategic recruitment efforts for his clients. He teaches them to work within their own processes as he delivers consultative advice to steer them towards maximizing their return on investment while securing difficult-to-hire Dentist and Clinical Staff.
David attended the University of North Texas, majoring in Journalism/Advertising. These skills served his clients very well through the years. Early in his career, he participated in the “Be Like Mike” campaign for Gatorade as well as key growth brands for both Kingsford/Clorox and Heinz U.S.A. David later learned to position his clients’ physician and dental practices in their most favorable light to attract and retain key people to execute their growth strategies. Whether you are adding a provider to replace a departed colleague or for growth of a new revenue stream, David is the guy you want representing you in today’s tight employment market.
David and his wife Kathy, have lived in Coppell, Texas for almost 25 years. Their daughter Shannon and her husband Art, have two incredible children, Caden and Brooklyn. David and the family attend and serve regularly at Fellowship Church.

Recruiting to a rural community is often a difficult process. The staff of Arthur|Marshall understands this and took an approach that was successful and gave my hospital the opportunity to sell itself.
