Mr. Simpson joined ARTHUR | MARSHALL. after eight successful years as a highly awarded recruiter at two national recruiting firms and the owner of a physician practice revenue consulting firm to build and lead a team that mirrors his undeniable passion. With well over 300 physician, dental, and executive placements managed, Kevin has developed his leadership skills resulting in multiple associate recruiters into full production roles, four into senior, one into a director, and mentored a consultant into Regional Vice President. He is ethically driven, results-oriented, and brings a wealth of industry knowledge to build, develop, and mentor teams as they implement comprehensive strategies in support of a company’s goals and objectives.
His genuine passion for maximizing value to clients makes him uniquely skilled in both recruitment and business development, which demands opposing traits, but Kevin is a master of both. He feels his success lies in his ability to be empathetic to his client’s needs while being knowledgeable and skilled enough to assist his clients in finding creative solutions to attract providers in an increasingly competitive market.
Kevin is a devoted husband to Brittany and father to three beautiful children. Kevin enjoys family trips, hunting, and some good Ol Texas Football in his free time. He played minor league football for ten years and held many accolades for his performance as an offensive lineman. He was a captain for The Texas Bullets and won a National title in 2016 and championship game MVP honors. Most recently, Kevin was nominated for induction to the 2020 Minor League Football Hall of fame. A valued mentor once said that his greatest asset was his indomitable will to succeed, and here, at Arthur | Marshall, it is a daily occurrence.
