Lisa has been a Physician Recruiter and Business Development Consultant for over 16 years. She has been directly responsible for well over 1,000 searches representing over 500 separate clients. Within the industry, Lisa is known as one of the most knowledgeable and respected consultants that the industry has to offer.
Her exposure to healthcare started when she volunteered as a “candy striper” at Baptist Hospital in Downtown San Antonio where her grandmother was hospitalized. While her visions were set on registered nurse, a series of twists and turns eventually led her to enter the world of public television and binational public health promotion with the U.S. Mexico Border Health Commission and Secretaria de Salud (Mexico). It was during a special project with Su Clinica Familiar CHC in Harlingen, TX that Lisa first became exposed to the growing shortage of access to primary and mental healthcare that Americans were facing. Ever the optimist, Lisa was determined that a way existed in which she could easily encourage physicians to practice in the Rio Grande Valley region where they were desperately needed. It was at this time that Lisa was recruited and fell in love with the concept of becoming a physician recruiter.
Sixteen years later, Lisa is one of the most well respected professionals in the industry. She has facilitated recruitment projects of every size and into every state across the U.S. and remains passionate about creating access to healthcare. Despite numerous production awards and accolades, Lisa believes that her greatest achievement is earning the trust of those she partners with. Lisa is happily married to her husband Alan who owns a successful Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym in McKinney, Tx. She is a proud mother to two successful children who have also blessed her with two beautiful grandchildren.

Second and equally important is that his professional history has created hundreds of relationships which have enabled him to positively impact not just Physicians and candidates but also hospitals, systems, FQHC’S, clinics et al.
As a Physician Recruiter and most recently the Regional Vice President of Partner Success for Arthur | Marshall, Brian feels blessed with the opportunity to serve others. He takes pride in helping guide an industry into the next generation. Given the astonishing, and growing, national, physician supply and demand dilemma, and having helped improve access to care for thousands of communities across the country, Brian considers himself at the forefront of providing a vital public service.
Having earned a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences as a pre-med student at Auburn University, Brian, ultimately, chose not to pursue medicine. He ended up pursuing the opportunity to still work with physicians and healthcare executives throughout the US. Brian has thrived in a career revolving around healthcare business development, recruiting, and consulting since 2008.
On a personal note, Brian is the middle of 5 children. His father was the first General Surgeon and Chief of Surgery in Roswell, GA. This has allowed him to witness the evolution and transformation of healthcare from numerous perspectives. Brian met his wife of 15 years while attending Auburn, and they are the proud parents of an amazing son and beautiful daughter. Outside of his professional life, he treasures time with his family and their 60-pound lap dog, a Saint Berdoodle. Brian also enjoys playing and watching sports, particularly Auburn football and the Atlanta Falcons.
