Mr. Crawford has over 30 years of physician staffing experience, and served as the Vice President and founder of a national health care search and consulting firm before co-founding ARTHUR | MARSHALL.

Mr. Crawford is nationally recognized as a pioneer in the field of physician and medical search and as an authority on a wide range of physician staffing issues. He has consulted with thousands of hospitals, medical groups and other organizations on issues ranging from human capital and physician staff requirement modeling, physician compensation, regulatory issues and related topics.

Mr. Crawford has been repeatedly noted for his staffing expertise. His comments have appeared in numerous publications, including MD News, Medical Imaging, Monster.com and The Dallas Morning News. An accomplished speaker, Mr. Crawford has addressed numerous health care associations and boards and other professional groups around the country. He was educated at Baylor University, is married and has four children.
