Mr. Pryor has over 30 years of physician staffing experience, and served as the Vice President and founder of a national health care search and consulting firm before co-founding ARTHUR | MARSHALL. He has previous experience in investment banking and securities.

Mr. Pryor has personally conducted and supervised thousands of physician search assignments nationwide. He is recognized as a leader in health care staffing and is an authority on a range of staffing and business related issues including compensation, human capital valuation, contracts, strategic staffing, regulatory concerns and related matters.

Mr. Pryor is one of the most widely quoted and published health care staffing professionals in the country. His comments and analysis have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Modern Healthcare, The Nashville Medical News and others. In addition, Mr. Pryor has been regularly quoted in The Dallas Morning News in their employment section on health care employment issues. Mr. Pryor was educated at Southern Nazarene University and has an MBA with a specialty in Finance. He is married and has five children.
