Robert D. Colmery Jr. joins ARTHUR | MARSHAL, with over thirty years of retained permanent dental and healthcare staffing experience.

Mr. Colmery previously served as a Senior Vice President of two nationally recognized healthcare staffing firms and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The Dallas Morning News, and the Dallas Business Journal, due to his expertise in the staffing industry. He has also been the invited guest speaker to numerous state association conferences.

Robert has partnered with hundreds of DSO’s, hospitals , groups and clinics throughout the country developing strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain providers. He has successfully trained, developed and coached young men and women who now have an executive presence in the permanent healthcare staffing industry.

Robert and his wife Julie live in Dallas and have been married for 35 years. They have twins Robert and Raquel “Rocky” who recently graduated from Texas Tech University and the University of Oklahoma, who also live in Dallas. The family volunteers, for Toys for Tots, Carry the Load and the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
