This is a single dentist practice with six chairs.
PRACTICE:
- 100% adult dentistry
- six ops for the dentist and hygienist
- No Medicare/Medicaid accepted
- Must be proficient with extractions.
- Root canals can be sent out as needed.
- Fair amount of denture work done.
FINANCIALS:
- Ongoing annual base salary of $190,000 with some flexibility based on experience.
- Plus 20% of the total office revenue.
- A doctor in a nearby clinic is making $380K per year under this plan.
