Oral Maxillofacial Surgery – New York – $1.3 Million W-2
Our organization is seeking to hire an outstanding OMS to take over our busiest practice in New York.
PRACTICE:
· 5+ year old established practice with an excellent reputation amongst patients.
· Work for an incredible organization that TRULY works for you and your success.
· Built-in Referrals: You have a total of 17 Dentists referring directly to you.
· Support Staff/Equipment:
o (2) Assistants
o (2-3) Operatories
o Seasoned manager
o You control your schedule
· Schedule: (4 or 5-day work week)
o Comfortable running two columns
o Average 4 to 5 sets of wisdoms a day
o Average 1-2 implants per day
o Average 12 consults per day
o Easily flip 3-4 consults each day to same-day surgery
COMPENSATION:
· Yearly Guarantee: ($500k to $600k) – Based on a part-time or full-time schedule
o The previous OMS consistently took home $1.3 million annually
· Production: the OMS will keep 45% of their production – (Not collections)
· Sign-On Bonus: $30k
· Vacation: 14 PTO days + 7 Holidays = 21 days and/or 4.2 weeks
· CE: $4,000 a year + Subscriptions, Fees and Dues
· Full Benefits Package: Life, health, dental, vision, etc.
· Car Allowance: $700 to $1k per month
· Retirement: 401k + deferred compensation plan
· Malpractice: Paid – Occurrence – Tail coverage if they stay for a year.
