Trent Hughes
Trent Hughes has 20+ years of experience in sales and recruitment forming relationships with Business Owners, Medical Professionals, Dentists,FQHC, Community Health Centers, and Executives. He has experience consulting with large hospital groups, HMOs, Dental offices, Academic facilities, Government-funded facilities, and private practices on provider compensation structures, contracts, and procurement. His previous background in financial planning has provided him with an investment mindset with an eye on finding the right fit for a practice over the long term.
Trent graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He is married with two children, girls. He is regularly active in the community, having served on the Dallas Housing Finance Corporation from 2012 to 2019, and was recently appointed to the MLK Community Center board. He also sits on the Collin County Regional board for Big Brother Big Sister and the HeROs (He Respects Others) auxiliary board for Genesis Women's Shelter. He serves Baylor University as the President of the Alumni Board of Advocates and a member of the Baylor Alumni Business Professionals of Dallas steering committee.
