An initial plan of action was laid out by the Arthur/Marshall Market VP which included selection of the right Recruiting professional within AMI for the job. Arthur/Marshall assigned one of its top consultants for the job who had experience with this type of opportunity.
An on-site visit was scheduled, and the consultant personally met with clinic staff and community professionals to gain a better understanding of the practice and community. A targeted candidate procurement campaign was designed and initiated to target candidates who fit the parameters of the practice. This program utilized AMI’s proprietary “tool kit” of electronic sourcing tools and artificial intelligence techniques to target a very specific candidate population. These techniques are especially useful since the nation-wide candidate pool for Periodontists is so limited.

In advance of the interview, the Arthur/Marshall recruiter visited with the candidate and spouse to thoroughly prepare them for their visit and set the stage for completion by going over contracts, financials, and community issues to certify that the candidate was prepared for the interview and prepared for a possible job offer.
