Bruce Crawford
Mr. Crawford has over 30 years of physician staffing experience, and served as the Vice President and founder of a national health care search and consulting firm before co-founding ARTHUR | MARSHALL.
Kevin Simpson
Mr. Simpson joined us after a decade at two national recruiting firms and the owner of a consulting firm. He has combined an ethical and robust understanding of recruitment to mentor teams as they support company goals.

Dr. Tony, a native texan, has been providing comprehensive dental care for over 20 years in the San Antonio area. Now he assists in providing guidance and perspective from the clinical side of dentistry to ensure best in class service to our clients.

Brandon Schmidt is originally from Dallas, Texas and received his BBA in 2002. He has been in Physician and Healthcare recruiting since 2004 and more specifically has built his career on the permanent placement of Physicians and other medical providers including Physician Extenders.

Robert D. Colmery Jr. comes from thirty years of retained permanent dental and healthcare staffing experience, previously served as a Senior Vice President of two nationally recognized healthcare staffing firms.
Randall Ellis
Mr. Ellis joined ARTHUR | MARSHALL in 2007, bringing with him 17 years of experience in finance and accounting and manages all of the company's financial activities.
Andrew Dean
Mr. Dean brings a diversity of experience in digital marketing, CRM administration and technology leadership. He serves on the Arthur Marshall executive team as the Director of Procurement Technology.
