This client partner of AMI identified the need to effectively manage the growth of its DSO and began the process of interviewing prospective partners to take over the process of recruitment. The team interviewed several prospective firms, but most appeared to be either too small for this project or lacked the professionalism and tenure required to understand the task at hand. Finally, a meeting was held with the AMI Market Vice President. After extensive conversations and a thorough vetting of AMI, the team decided to partner with AMI and begin our first search together.
