Full-Time General Dentist Opportunity Near Nashville, TN
A thriving, well-established general dentistry practice located just 45 minutes from downtown Nashville is seeking a full-time associate dentist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dentist looking to be part of a supportive, long-term team with opportunities for professional development.
Practice Highlights:
- Location: Located along the scenic Duck River, this practice offers a family-friendly environment with historic attractions, charming downtown areas, excellent dining, affordable housing, and nearby hiking options.
- Office: A two-story building owned by the practice. The upper floor includes a spacious breakroom, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and storage space.
- Technology: Nine operatories, including three recently remodeled hygiene rooms with state-of-the-art technology and patient TVs. The practice is equipped with A-dec chairs and delivery units, a Dentsply Cerec milling unit for same-day crowns, and iTero scanners for digital imaging.
- Specialized Equipment: Includes a LightScalpel laser, Virovac surgical system for frenulum procedures, Planmeca Promax Pano machine, and digital X-rays.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday (with weekends off). The associate will initially work regular office hours until confident in handling patient care independently.
- Ideal Schedule: Once mutually agreed upon, the associate will work 3-4 days per week, either Tuesday through Friday or Wednesday through Friday, with the possibility of extended hours for patient convenience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Financial Package: Guaranteed base salary with a percentage of adjusted net collections. Net collections increase in the following year.

Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited program.
- Tennessee state license to practice.
