A highly regarded and well-established pediatric dental practice in Uniontown, PA, is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join their growing team. This exciting opportunity comes as the current associate is relocating, making way for a new provider to step into a thriving, high-demand practice with a strong patient base.

Practice Highlights
State-of-the-Art Facility:
- 9 operatories: 3 private treatment rooms + 6 open bay chairs for hygiene.
- Future expansion planned to accommodate growing patient demand.
High Patient Volume:
- Over 125+ new patients per month, ensuring a busy and productive schedule.
Comprehensive Pediatric Care:
- Full-scope treatment, including restorative care, anesthetic procedures, and conscious or IV sedation.
- An in-house anesthesiologist available three days a week for IV sedation cases.
What to Expect
Consistently Busy Schedule:
- Full days of treatment supported by two full-time hygienists.
Office Hours:
- Monday: 8 AM – 3 PM
- Tuesday: 8 AM – 5 PM
- Wednesday: 8 AM – 3 PM (IV sedation day with anesthesiologist)
- Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM
- Friday: 8 AM – 3 PM (IV sedation day with anesthesiologist)
- A 5-day workweek is preferred, but there is flexibility.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Guaranteed Base + % of Adjusted Net Collections
- Lucrative earning potential with an annually increasing percentage of adjusted net collections.
