Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential: $500,000/year in the first year.  
• Guaranteed Daily Pay: $2,000/day for the first 90 days.  
• Production-Based Compensation: 40% of adjusted production.  
• Time Off: 4 weeks of non-PTO annually.  
• CME Allowance: $3,000/year.  
• Insurance Coverage: Health insurance and malpractice insurance are fully covered.
