Position Title: Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon  

Location: Sumter, South Carolina  

Practice Type: Premier Oral Surgery Group  

Practice Overview:

• -Single-surgeon practice offering a full-scope OMS experience, including extractions, implants, orthognathic surgery, and more.  
• - Equipped with Carestream practice software for efficient operations.  
• - Established patient base with a steady flow of referrals.  
• - Fully staffed team, including support staff assistants and a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) for the surgeon.  

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $500,000/year or 35% of adjusted production (whichever is higher).  
• Health Insurance: Comprehensive plan provided.  
• Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered by the practice.  
• Vacation: 4 weeks annually.  
• Continuing Education (CE):$10,000 allowance per year.  
• Partnership Track: Opportunity for professional growth and ownership.

Qualifications:

• - Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.  
• - Licensed to practice in South Carolina or eligible for licensure.  
• - Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
