A longstanding and family-centered practice in Meriden, Connecticut, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their growing team. With a rich history and state-of-the-art facility, is dedicated to providing integrative, patient-centered care that combines holistic and traditional approaches.



Position Overview:

  • Role: Associate Veterinarian
  • Location: Meriden, Connecticut
  • License: Connecticut licensed or able to obtain licensure before start date
  • Experience: Open to new graduates, experienced veterinarians, and internationally trained veterinarians with U.S. experience

Practice Highlights:


  • Facility: $3.5 million renovation, featuring:
    • 7 treatment rooms
    • 2-bay surgical suite
    • Digital imaging and ultrasound suites
  • Team:
    • 4 veterinarians
    • 1 practice manager
    • 1 staff manager
    • 6 veterinary technicians
    • 3 vet tech assistants
    • 3 kennel patient care assistants
    • 6 receptionists
  • Plans: Onsite retail space and staff fitness center

Advanced Equipment:

  • Digital imaging, ultrasound, and anesthesia machines
  • Scout machine and comprehensive dental equipment
  • In-house lab for blood and urine testing
  • Digital microscope with computer imaging
  • Cubex system for controlled substance dispensing and state reporting

Compensation and Financial Package:

  • Salary: $75,000 - $100,000
  • Production Bonus: 22% - 27%, with second-year earning potential up to $150,000
  • Sign-On & Relocation: Negotiable
