Cosmetic Dentistry - San Antonio - Part Time

This high-end practice is looking for an additional associate two days a week. The role will be part-time initially with the possibility to move to full time in the future. They provide state-of-the-art equipment and focus on patient care. Advanced skills (sedation/implant placement/etc.) preferred. Partnership opportunity exists down the road if that is what you are seeking, but it is not required.

Schedule:

• 2-day work week. (likely Mon/Tues)
• No call or weekends

Practice details:

• 13 chairs
• State-of-the-art equipment, CT, CEREC, digital imaging.
• Adult work, no kids.

Financials:

• Current full time associates earn about $300k per year.
• Tiered production from 30-32.5%
• No Medicaid, mostly Fee For Service, some insurance accepted
