· Daily guarantee or salary - you choose.....

· Or a percentage of collections bonus 38% - 40%

· Monthly stipend for 2025 Grads

· $450,000 - $550,000 first year income as you are ramping up - $800,000 Plus year 2

· $25,000 expense account

· $30,000 Sign-On

· 401K profit sharing contribution

· 4 or 5-Day clinic week

· 2 Periodontist Group without significant competition in a 500,000 draw area.

· Gorgeous clinic space with latest in CBCT, iTero, and Laser Technology
