PRACTICE:

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Single office. Kids only practice.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 4 day work week

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 6 Assistants

FINANCIAL:

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â $1500 Daily Rate or 30% of production

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Benefits, malpractice, CE, etc.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Sign on bonus $20K, $10K relocation

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ownership available after 1 year.
