Practice Details:

• One location in Greater Indianapolis Community
• Single surgeon practice
• Full scope OMS (extractions, implants, orthognathic, etc.)
• Utilizes Carestream practice software
• Established referrals and patients
• Full staff in place, including support staff assistants and a PCC assigned to the surgeon

Compensation Package:

• $500,000/year or 35% of adjusted production
• Full health insurance plan
• Partnership tract
• Malpractice insurance covered by practice
• 4 weeks’ vacation
• $10,000 for continuing education (CE) per year
