We are seeking a motivated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join thriving practice just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. This is an exceptional opportunity for an OMFS associate who is board-certified or board-eligible and ready to step into a leadership role with the potential for partnership.

About the Practice:

• Location: Just 30 minutes outside of Pittsburgh proper, in a 5500 sq. ft. facility.
• State-of-the-Art Equipment: Including CBCT, XNAV, multiple implant systems, and more.
• Patient Base: Strong referral network and with no past marketing.
• Education & Networking: Monthly CE courses for dentists, excellent for building referrals.

Job Parameters:

• Scope: Focus on dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, All-on-X treatments, with opportunities in orthognathic and trauma surgery.
• Leadership: You’ll provide clinical leadership, engage in marketing, and develop referral relationships.
• Schedule: 5-day work week, with a mix of sedation surgeries, implant placements, and consultations.
• Support: Work alongside a highly experienced team, including a Physician Assistant who has increased our production by 30%.

Financials & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $450,000 base salary with potential earnings over $1M in the first year.
• Bonus Structure: 50% bonus on collections over $1.2M, with proven collections exceeding $4M last year.
