This top-level Health System is seeking to hire 1 to 2 Radiologists that want to help grow their Breast Imaging Fellowship program.

PRACTICE:

• New Breast Imaging Fellowship – Love to teach and do research?
• Work for an incredible organization that TRULY needs your help and wants to ensure you succeed.
• Built-in Referrals: You have (3) offsite locations feeding into your practice.
• Health System owns a condo to help you while you find a home to live in
• Support Staff/Equipment:
• Â Great tech and Nursing staff
• Â All post-care is done for you, except you call the patient for positive results.
• Breast Surgeons operate - Tue. & Thurs
• EMR: Soren and Cerner
• Schedule: (4 or 5-day work week)
• Mon & Wed: Screens & Biopsy
• Tue. & Thurs: Screen & Diagnostic
• Friday: Research & Teaching: (1/2 to full) Oversite of residents/fellows, Grand Rounds and lectures in curriculum, Morning report conferences, journal club

COMPENSATION:

• Yearly Guarantee: ($550 to $650k) – Based on experience and schedule
• Production: wRVU
• Â Sign-On Bonus:Â $30k
• CE:Â $5,000Â a year + Subscriptions, Fees, and Dues
• Full Benefits Package: Life, health, dental, vision, etc.
• Car Allowance:Â See if you qualify
• Retirement: 401k + deferred compensation plan
• Malpractice: Paid – Occurrence – Tail coverage if they stay for a year.
