Brandon Schmidt is originally from Dallas, Texas and received his BBA in 2002. He has been in Physician and Healthcare recruiting since 2004 and more specifically has built his career on the permanent placement of Physicians and other medical providers including Physician Extenders. Through the years, Mr. Schmidt consistently outpaced his colleagues and has earned top recruiter honors on several occasions representing the firms top placement professional. He has become an unquestioned industry leader and has developed a recruiting philosophy and standardized program for training that is envied within the industry. Mr. Schmidt has represented clients from all corners of the U.S. and has further supervised literally hundreds of search consultants and practice opportunities in rural markets as well as some of the most renowned hospital and health systems in the country. He currently specializes in our Strategic Partnership clientele which recruits and consults with large health systems, both clinic and hospital, and operates as a literal extension of their recruiting departments.
On a personal note, Mr. Schmidt is 40 years old and is married to Lauren and together they have 2 sons, Landon age 5 and Hudson age 2. Besides his family, Mr. Schmidt is interested in exercise science, power and weight training.
